菲曼特蒸发冷凝空调机组按用途分类有节能单冷型和冷暖恒温型。节能单冷型采用蒸发冷凝原理（类似水冷但比水冷效率高）相比传统中央空调省电30%-50%，同时也可以结合其他热源解决客户冬季供暖需求，达到一机多用型节能空调机组。菲曼特冷暖恒温型空调机组采用热泵原理。
菲曼特单元式工业节能空调机组省略了冷却塔、循环水泵及相应管道系统等许多辅件，系统结构简单，安装空间小，维护管理方便且节约能源，适用广泛，是工业、农业、商业降温恒温的共同选择。
蒸发冷凝工业节能空调原理
蒸发式冷凝是目前公认效率较高的冷凝方式。是以水和空气作为冷却介质，利用水的蒸发带走冷凝热量。1升水蒸发所吸收的热量为2270千焦耳,等同于2300BTU的冷量。
        蒸发冷凝工业节能空调的核心部件直接蒸发式换热器5090型“多层波纹纤维叠合物”湿帘是瑞典的**产品，有良好的吸水性和通风性能，实际换热面积是表面的100倍，耐水浸、耐腐蚀，正常使用寿命可**过8年。冷凝温度的降低可以降低制冷系统的冷凝压力和压缩机的排气压力，使压缩机达到更高的能效比，较大程度地减少压缩机的输入功率。
